Prices And Payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. The current standard UK shipping charge is £3.65.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when Stripe checkout completes and the website receives payment confirmation. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you.
Subscriptions
Roaster's Choice subscriptions renew monthly. Until a self-service customer portal is fully connected for live customers, email us before the next charge date to request changes. Once enabled, subscription billing will be managed securely through Stripe.
Delivery
Delivery details are explained on the Delivery page. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
Returns
Returns and cancellation guidance is explained on the Returns page. Your statutory rights are not affected.
