Fresh coffee return guidance.

Coffee is a fresh product, so our policy is designed to be fair, clear and suitable for roasted and packed coffee.

Important

No change-of-mind refunds once coffee has been roasted or packed.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, wrongly supplied or not as described, contact us and we will help put it right.

Cancelling Before Packing

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If the coffee has not yet been roasted, ground, packed or dispatched, we will do our best to stop the order.

Opened Coffee

We cannot usually accept returns of opened coffee bags because coffee is a food product and quality can be affected once sealed packaging is opened.

Wrong Or Damaged Items

If something arrives wrong or damaged, email us with your order details and photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can review it properly.

Subscriptions

Subscription coffee is charged monthly. Until a customer portal is added, email us before your next charge date if you need to pause, change or cancel.
